Founder of The Servant’s Playbook | Leadership Developer | Team Development Coach
Zach Cooper is a leadership developer and team development coach passionate about helping people lead with purpose, build stronger teams, and grow through the moments most leaders try to avoid. Zach’s leadership journey didn’t begin with a title—it began with challenges. From early experiences in frontline roles within the banking industry to stepping into leadership positions, Zach quickly learned that leading people is far more complex than managing performance. It requires self-awareness, humility, and the willingness to grow through failure. Like many leaders, he faced moments where he had to reflect, reset, and refine how he showed up—not just for results, but for people. Those moments didn’t disqualify him—they defined him. Today, Zach brings that real-world experience into every room he walks into. His approach is not built on theory alone, but on lived lessons, practical application, and a deep commitment to doing leadership the right way.
Zach holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management with certifications in Personal Finance and Banking, Small Business/Entrepreneurship, and Human Resource Management. Zach has also earned multiple certifications from the Maxwell Leadership Institute, the National Society of Leadership and Success, and the Truist Emerging Leadership Program—further strengthening his foundation in personal growth and team development.
Zach founded The Servant’s Playbook (TSP) on the belief that leadership isn’t about position, titles, or control but about service, growth, and the responsibility to bring out the best in others. His mission is to help others step into leadership with clarity, courage, and conviction—so they don’t just succeed individually, but create impact that lasts far beyond themselves.
The Servant’s Playbook (TSP) is a leadership development platform built to equip individuals and organizations to lead with purpose, strengthen their teams, and create lasting impact. Through coaching, content, and community, TSP provides practical, real-world leadership development rooted in both experience and proven principles. Every lesson, strategy, and resource is designed to be actionable, relatable, and immediately applicable in everyday leadership situations.
The best leaders serve first.
In a world where leadership is often defined by titles, authority, and results alone, The Servant’s Playbook exists to shift that perspective back to what truly matters: people. TSP focuses on developing leaders who not only manage performance but also intentionally invest in the growth, unity, and success of those they lead.
To coach leaders to serve and build teams to thrive by equipping individuals, organizations, and businesses of every size with practical servant-leadership strategies that inspire growth, unity, and lasting success.
More than a brand, TSP is a movement toward a better standard of leadership—one that prioritizes service, values people, and understands that true success is measured by the lives you impact along the way. Because at the end of the day, leadership isn’t about being in charge—it’s about taking care of those in your charge.
To cultivate a world where servant leadership is the standard—empowering people and teams in every setting to grow, collaborate, and achieve extraordinary results.
